With increasing competition from ride sharing apps such as Lyft and Uber
along with neglect from state and federal governments alike, public transportation
agencies have no choice but to continue and fail their customers with unreliable, uncomfortable, and unpredictable service.
For public transportation to survive, it must adapt to and compete with
