New England Architecture

This is a house that I saw in New Hampshire that I just fell in love with the architecture of it. This house was also next door to a gas station which I found odd that such a beautiful house would be there. I love how the lighting creates so much more depth with the shade. Also, the house has so many curves and lines that it just makes it so visually pleasing.
This is a close up picture of the architecture of the bridge that I constantly cross to go back and forth from Vermont to New Hampshire. I wanted to capture the different shapes that the bridge structure creates. I also wanted to show the age by the amount of rust on the frame work.
This is a photo in Brattleboro, Vermont of the stores in town. I wanted to capture Latchis, because it is a very small movie theater that only plays three movies. I also wanted to show how the shops all have their different colors and architectural styles.
This is a photo of the town Brattleboro, Vermont. I wanted to capture all of the different style of building and the many colors of them. I also wanted to show all the directions of the road.
This is a photo of the town Brattleboro, Vermont. I wanted to capture the different colors of brick in the tall buildings and also the interesting light post. I also used the fence to frame the photo and so more of the architecture.
This is a photo of the bridge between Vermont and New Hampshire. I wanted to capture the architecture of the bridge, since it is so different from those in Indiana. I also love how the bridge seems to visually take you into the mountains.
This is a photo of us entering into the town Brattleboro, Vermont. I wanted to show the beauty in the church building and the trees that surround the whole town. Also the use of yellows and green in the photo.

This is a photo of the clock tower in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. I wanted to show how the surrounding areas of the town are so different with the ratio of the building sides. Also the telephone lines start to create shapes in the sky and all around town.
This is a photo of the Nation's oldest continuous post office in Hinsdale, New Hampshire. I wanted to capture a very old building and the use of lines with the fence and columns. I also made sure I took the picture during the day to show how bright the colors are and show the amount of detail put into the building.
I took this photo in the town Hinsdale, New Hampshire. I wanted to capture the architecture of the bigger buildings in the town. I also took the photo at night to give the photo a more dramatic lighting and focus somewhat on the road to create a path for the viewer's eyes to follow.
