Temporary Art Installation at Salishan in Tacoma, WA: I completed a temporary art installation in the Salishan community, 1724 East 44th Street, Tacoma, WA 98404, as part of the new East Side Community Center. I was one of 12 artists participating in a training program to learn more about creating art in public place. Each artist installed a temporary art installation at Salishan as part of the training. My art installation is titled Inhabited 2.0. Medium: Graphite Drawing Transfer on Wood and acrylic paint
Description: Inhabited 2.0 creates an opportunity for self-reflection by remembering our lives are a collection of moments reconstructed over time. Like cells our experiences connect to form complete vital memories. These moments reveal the very structure of our being, clarity and purpose.
