The forest, and life itself, is a wonderful but dangerous place. Bambi is the Historian of the Forest who was anointed not by any creature, but by the forest itself, who spoke to her after her mother’s death. While weeping, the flora took pity on the fawn and give her the ability to speak to the dead. With this gift, Bambi roams the forest in search of fallen animals; her touch allows momentary revival, keeping those who were abandoned company and listening to their life stories. Bambi harbors memories and visions of the past; she uses this knowledge to warn and educate those for the future.
