Serena was harder for me to figure out, so my research has consisted on the thought that if Serena was a 17 year old in 2018, she would probably be an influencer. Her style has always been more loose than Blair's, but I never understood her style completely. Scrolling down through some influencers' instagrams allowed me to get inspiration on what her outfits would be in 2018. The goal was to create new outfits for her, rather than copying those of the TV series as I did on her previous design.
