Nature.File is one of my graphic notation projects, it's from 2016.
I had a thought about combining this old-fashioned nature 'thing' with a modern sound design project.
So I picked simple, minimalist forms out of nature, that is usually jam-full and cluttered, illustrated and classified them in sections.
Two Musicians were able to play the forms like a normal musical notation.
My goal was to create something structured as a card file with this unstructured topic – nature.
After assigning the forms to names, numbers and sounds nature.file was born.
