I designed and managed development of a custom-built ordering, processing and traffic system for our University. This provided a first-ever ability for internal service departments providing design, print and mail services to work together in a virtual environment. This reduced duplication of effort and created one easy process for University employees. The idea behind this initiative was to save costs, strengthen identity and better manage production.
The website portion of the system introduces customers to resources, site use and other basic information.
Customers can search for products by icon or search fields, place order and track progress from a personalized dashboard.
Resources for quick-reference and in-depth team member training were created and provided appropriately.
The initiative began with basic concepts of project workflows.
