Within the city of Pachuca, the demand for affordable and functional housing
in the central districts it becomes an opportunity for densification with offerings for the low income segment of the population.

This allows us to divide the price of the land in several apartments and decreasing to sale costs to mix social classes in condominium of greater value.
This complex of 6 apartments
implements natural materials that achieve a
contemporary design that allows subsequent
modification by the inhabitants.
The functionality for a nonexistent client allows to use different spaces with different uses. An idea of low-cost furniture is proposed to set spaces.
