"Xop!" is my graduation short film and it's based off of a stress dream of mine.

The storyboard went through two versions: the thumbnail/rough version and the clean "final" version (which you can see in the animatic above).

Working on the animation made me see that some of the timing in the animatic was off, it worked great in the animatic, but on the animation it was too slow for my liking and what I wanted to convey.

Below you can find comparisons between the final and rough animation for some of the short's scenes (at the moment I can't show the completed animation due to it being submitted to a few film festivals).
