Days without a Home

Many pets are abandoned into the wild by pet owners every month. Many pet shop animals cannot survive in the wild. They no longer have the ability and instinct to find food and shelter, or to run away from predators, thus these pets eventually die.

The aim is to create awareness among pet owners that their pets cannot survive on their own in the wild. The idea is to draw attention to how dirty a pet will become and that it cannot survive on its own, and to portray abandoned pets as homeless people.

Target Areas: Parks are the place where most dog owners walk their dogs; and even if they don’t walk their dogs in a park, they might pass by bus stops during their daily routine. A bus stop is an intersection for many people, and this will allow the ad to target as many pet owners as possible.

The ad will feature a numerical counter that will increase by one everyday. This will give a progressive insight into how the plushie gets dirtier everyday.
