Pratt-Pullman Yard Visual Identity
Pratt-Pullman Yard is the factory located between Edgewood and Kirkwood in Atlanta. The oldest buildings of significance are towering, barn-like, brick-and-steel structures erected on former farmland in 1904 by the Pratt Engineering Company. Atomic Entertainment on Jan. 31, 2018 released the plan to redevelop Pullman Yard. It has opportunity to develop to a mix-used district that will include one sound stage, a boutique hotel, an outdoor concert venue, residential, office and coworking space. In addition, many music festival will be held at here and it will become a new landmark of Atlanta.
The shape of the factory is very special, Yard and it is the new landmark of Atlanta, which is a representative element. The negative space in the logo can be used to fill in different patterns. The pattern can be changed by different festivals that will be held at there. It can show the characteristic of the diversity of the Pullman Yard.
"Trap Music Edgewood" is one of the music festivals held at Pullman Yard. The identity of "Trap Music Edgewood" extends from the identity of Pratt-Pullman Yard.
