Platagua was designed as part of a disaster-relief assignment for the city of Lota, Chile, with the Institute without Boundaries. It is a dew and rainwater harvesting system, providing fresh water to residents and reducing the need for imported water - common during times of crisis. It is designed to be simple, practical, and colourful - in order to appear attractive, jovial, and fit in with the local colours.
