This was a 'vectorizing' of an existing logo--using a jpg as the basis to redraw in Illustrator.
The creative team at R&G worked on a horizontal version of the legacy Ropes and Gray stacked logo--here is a final version I created in Illustrator after comps developed by the Creative Director. (Below--a screenshot of the file in Adobe Illustrator.)
