Starting work as creative head at YourQuote, I was the first designer in a team of 6. I managed multiple roles from brand management, ui/ux design and research as well as marketing and advertising, content strategizing and also copy writing for a very unique and diverse vernacular audience all across india. with my designs affecting around 7 lakh users worldwide, i had to balance my visual exploratory designs with general mass appeal. I had a unique Opportunity to experiment with a lot of native local languages and script as a part of advertising and marketing for vernacular population of india
Patterns for Brand were created to be used in both atl and btl design activities.
To target the vernacular market, we worked across multiple local languages, understanding the local demographics and their interests and making ads relative to their culture. Working on segmented audience, we created ads based on genres, such as love, humor, etc. some of these ads worked at a CPI (cost per install) of 3.4 Rs (2 cents) consistently, which is one of the lowest facebook CPI recorded.
To create Brand Awareness, We've created some brand awareness posters, which were run as brand awareness ads on facebook, and had around 20% brand recall rate.
I also got a chance to brand a lot of events, of a lot of different genres.
Business cards and Branded Merchandise Design for Community. Reaching out to around 100 core community members, there by catering to their loyalty and increase in social engagement by community building.
These are wallpapers from within the app, that are used by around 7 lakh people all around the world, to express their thoughts. Going beyond normal images, i was required to create wallpapers that invoked emotions and inspired writers to write when they were saturated with ideas.
