Souvenir Store with no budget

A little souvenir store project
Niemodlin Castle Temporary Store
An amazingly beautiful building from the XIV century,
a little rotten and slowly finding its way to be able to shine again.
I started working with old pictures and its history, bringing it together in beautiful storytelling images.
Only little ago, it opened its doors to visitors after years of abandonment,
and with no budget we found a way to put together a little space
for kids to rent old gowns (from the theater) to dress up and go around the castle gardens,
get a hot chocolate (from Ireland), and beautiful hand made wooden arc and arrows (locally produced).
Used fruit boxes from the market, and with a stair, loads of sand paper, old wood from the castle area,
wooden hangers, warm light bulbs, and old collected furniture
(and a powerful vacuum cleaner) would do for now, we put ourselves to work.
With this little intervention I could also help graphic-wise, designing postcards, the front flags, and making customized orders from national souvenir suppliers, to complete the touristic experiences.
An amazing experience, still in progress, of discovery, of history and beauty.
Will soon upload the final pictures and plans of this cute little place slowly and kindly finding renovation.
[Visit Niemodlin Castle at ul. Rynek 55, 49-100 Niemodlin, near Opole, Poland .]
and get one of my postcards ;)
