During our first year at industrial design NTNU, we researched, planned and finally made our own chair. The task which was given in a product design class, asked us to make a chair inspired by the "folk chair", supposed to be made entirely in wood.
Making this chair I was inspired by simple lines, and wanted to create a light and modern look. Tilt is made in plywood and ash and has a handle cut out in the back to make it easier to move it around the house. The name Tilt was given as both the combined back and back leg is tilted at a distinct angle.
