Finished Illustration

These illustrations come from a college project called Rembrandt Wheel.  I selected two of my photographs as a result of a curatorial process and randomly spun the words 'Folded Dog' on a wheel.  These words and images would form the basis of my project.

The first photograph is from when I got lost in Cleveland, Ohio and the second is from the Botanic Gardens in Amsterdam.  

I became more interested in the imagery than the words and tried to reconcile these images to created my own slightly imaginary word. The words Folded Dog accompany it as something that seems like it makes sense but is slightly off when you look closely.
