Here's another one ... don't make it a political football where politicians want to re-classify what it means to "really be raped."
Or how about denying a woman the right to abort her rapist's fetus and instead tell her to "make the best of the situation" or to "see it as God's blessing."
Maybe, and this might be a stretch ... let's stop using old religious books to define a woman's role in society.
And here's a big one ... equality for women in ALL things in ALL cultures. Equal pay. Equal employment. Equal voting rights. Equal rights to walk down the street without fear of being attacked.
The truth is rape is a violent crime and while identifying men more apt to do it may be difficult, educating the world on a woman's right to a life free from molestation, rape and beatings might go a long way to changing the perception that if women are inferior, she can be used and abused.
