Circulation Model 1: For this project I had to chose a structure I found interesting and abstract an element of that structure, then create a new 3D structure using that elements. For my project I chose the Barcelona Pavilion by Mies Van der Rohe, with the element being the circulation. using a footpath diagram as a blueprint for the structure, I created a structure that feels both heavy and lightweight at the same time. I did this by creating it out of concrete, with glass in the center to break up the massing.
