we were asked to research about an artist from the library book, I found Richard Long he is a British Sculptor and Land Artist he was Born on June 2nd, 1945 as I was attracted by his works; because of the way that he collects his materials and the places that he chooses to work in.  Long use to go for trips in the mountains, and he uses to collect stones to make a shapes. Richard Long is a British artist who has been using walking as a sculptural practice for over forty years, which has taken him to secluded corners of the world. In doing so, he documents his walk using photography, text, sculpture, etc. as almost all his artworks he used mud, clay, and stones, as he uses materials native to the region to explore art and nature, humans and the environment.
