With the prompt of "road trip" for a Visual Essay class, I explored some of my most vibrant childhood memories of my family's seasonal trip to Maine. I remember gazing out the window at rolling hills, stopping for pretzels at a gas station and getting my fingers sticky with melting ice cream. 

All paintings are done in gouache on bristol, approximately 3" x 3"
