The character is called Kurosu (クロス), 30yo, result of scientific experiments that gave her psychic powers. 
She's a very mature character, serious and lady-like, with short temper for non-sense, yet patient, loving and protective of her sisters. Known for being sadistic and unforgiving, enjoys wearing alternative black clothing.
