Sippy, Drippy, Teetter

These are foam models of a collection of three tools relating to food. I started by studying three disparate forms: Russel Wright's "American Modern" Ceramics,  a seashell, and an old Bridge Spout Vessel. I tried to invent new tools and new meanings to their forms. Eventually I arrived at -

Sippy - a soup spoon that lets you sip on it's end, which avoids spills and awkward slurping sound.
Drippy - a bottle stopper that transfers a precise amount of liquid to avoid using too much oil when cooking.
Teeter - a snack plate that rocks around to make it easier to find the best snack in a party mix. Also it's just fun!
