A collaboration with Julianna Johnston and Athena Washburn
Looped Video Installation
In reinventing and experimenting with the notion of a tool, our collaborative work imagines the merging of embodiments across different spaces and temporalities. As the two become an extension for the other, body and object are in a rhythm to dance. They perpetually loop into one another, stitching a continuity in between those that has been digitized. They spiral symbiotically and asymptotically into synthesis, each time emerging anew; each time more synthetic to its native self.
