The Storymakers is a catalog of an exhibition of fairy tale illustrators from the 19th-21st centuries. Innumerable illustrators have rendered their interpretations of these universal, timeless stories and this exhibition compares these interpretations and discusses the human inclination to return to fairy tales again and again. This catalog includes work by Arthur Rackham, Warwick Goble, Edmund Dulac, John Tenniel, Beatrix Potter, Brian Froud, Alan Lee, Trina Schart Hyman, and Tony Diterlizzi. The illustrations are accompanied by J.R.R Tolkien's essay "On Fairy Stories". This book is handbound using coptic binding.
