Description: Existing residential building with an area of ​​330 m2, located in a forest area near Kyiv, executed in the eastern style. The project provides an extension for a summer kitchen and a dining room with a picturesque view of the water body.​​​​​​​
A separate entrance from the south facade allowed separating the part of the house intended for reception of guests. The flat roof of the extension and the sliding facade system are stylistically combined with the existing part of the building by continuing of a roundabout gallery and the color solution of facade. The multi-level roof of the extension is due to the structural features of the existing roof and allows to arrange the maximum ceiling level in a dining room and a summer kitchen. Sliding sunscreens are arranged to prevent overheating of premises.
