For our final project in my  Issues and Images class (contemporary photography history), we had to emulate a contemporary photographer. I chose Vivain Maier, who my work naturally emulated hers before I even knew anything about her. Maier was an incredible street photographer and was not known until recently when her work was found in an auctioned off storage locker. There were over 120,000 negatives, undeveloped film and more of Maier's work.
