ACTIVATION OF PUBLIC SPACES

This thesis project was focus in the rehabitation of the public spaces of an existing boulevard in Caracas, I developed a system to add particular amenites or architectural restucturations, parks, landscape elements, urban furniture and services in each space where after analizing their characteristics and the public behaviour towards the space. they needed this activitation device.
The main building is an open four floor public square with services for different activies and with different attractions: two huge green walls of real vertical gardens, floors that change topography together with the rest of the boulevard, lights and windows that offer playfull lighting at night, and open corridors conecting other buildings with this main one
