This is a Branding process chart. We designed it in a way to simplify and understand the process well. 
After the chart was prepared, I tried to intervene between the process as a Graphic designer (yellow boxes) and designed a 'facilitation tool kit' that could guide an intern or an employee through the whole journey from getting a brief to submission of work.
