Power Hierarchy- Stakes with different stakeholders were understood in a system, to understand the requirement of redesign of application with a particular stakeholder.
Touch-points-points of interaction of the use with application, were studied for restaurant, foodie(consumers) and Delivery executives.

After studying the touch-points and power hierarchy of various systems in place, following limitations were summarized in the Swiggy application with the restaurant due to which some screens were chosen to redesign in the application as an additional functionality.
