I made a 60s Psychedelic poter, in order to recreate the style that had erupted within this time and to practice skills in typography and hierarchy (in an illustration-focused poster). In this project, I had used Adobe Illustrator with mainly text, pen tool, image trace and envelope distort. To create my silhouette/figure, I took a photo of who the poster was about and created a 3-color image trace within the control bar at the top. The text was distorted through using envelope distort and using the direct selection tool. Lastly, the background was simply drawn with the pen tool.
