In this advertising exercise, I created a multi-platform campaign for Pioneer Works, a "cultural center dedicated to experimentation, education and production across disciplines" located in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY. The advertisements focus on the exhibition Solid Light Works by Anthony McCall, and feature self-taken original photography. The subway poster focuses on the fine art aspect of the show, the brilliant height and soft dust that each of the art pieces embodies. The billboard piece focuses on the animated aspect of the show, a mini set of films of moving light. The two ideas are unified through the type and color to mimic an old film camera.
