Working with ambivalent forms have always fascinated me, the combinations of colours, interplay of minimal and maximal forms along with the interaction of the space that they have been arranged in to enhance the viewer plays a significant role in my artwork. This painting too tries to bring out the similar sensibilities where in the stature has been inspired by the lichens, the colour configuration has been inspired by the surroundings of the lichens and their inherit colours.
