A chaise lounge born for the swimming pool area on a cruise ship.
The concept of this project was a seating for outdoor use so it had to be resistant different weather conditions.
I started with the draw of a chair from sketch of waves and ended up with a profile like an āSā. And here is where the name SoS comes from (two chairs lounge and a circle table)

I started with the draw of a chair from sketch of waves and ended up with a profile like an āSā. And here is where the name SoS comes from (two chairs lounge and a circle table)
On the left profile there are three pockets for bags to put the objects that usually are brought to the pool or beach (sunglasses, bags, creams). All the parts are in wood Teak, a special wood usually used for ships. The soft line, the natural colour of wood gives it a natural feature in perfect synchrony with the nature of the sea.
The result is an elegant and waved lounge chair.
