A 681,000 square feet 12-story patient tower that combines the older St. Joseph and Memorial facilities, consolidates the two Asheville campuses, and creates: 220 patient rooms, a significantly expanded state-of-the-art emergency department with 97 beds, consolidated operating, pre-op and recovery space along with interventional cardiology and radiology space that allows for true multidisciplinary, team-based interventional care with the very latest technology.  Estimated Construction Cost $400,000,000

While working at MC Dean, as a Senior Systems Specialist, I was responsible for providing quality control, coordination, custom Revit families, setting up, maintaining and updating the Revit models.  I also provided support to the coordination and design staff through out the project.  Bluebeam Revu, AutoCad, Revit and Navisworks Manage software was used in developing the bulk of the content for the project.  Below are some renderings of the project.
