Rice Bowl
Rice is the most important grain for Chinese culinary culture. This bowl is designed specially for holding rice for one person. I used circles, a simple geometry form, as the structure forming a traditional meal box structure that surrounds the rice and centering it. The blackness gives the most contrast to the whiteness of the rice which emphasised the pureness and importance of the rice in Chinese culinary culture.
