MOLA - Product Design

MOLA is a home electric mill for alternative flours Designed and prototyped in 2017 as part of the Industrial Design final project at the University of Buenos Aires in the year-long course Technology IV, under the guidance of Professor Louzau.


It was developed through an in-depth study of the current dietary challenges faced by individuals with celiac disease in Argentina. It was a collaborative and diligent effort in partnership with Pablo Gonzalez and Micaela Dalmas.


In 2019, Mola has been selected among 1500 projects to participate on a BOOTCAMP Prototype runned by University of Buenos Aires and Santander Bank. The program was based on training sessions, mentoring and finnancial investment to develop the functional prototype of the product.

Molino eléctrico de harinas alternativas. Diseñado y prototipado en el marco de la Tesis de la carrera de Diseño Industrial de la UBA, en la materia anual Tecnología IV, Cátedra Louzau.

Mola se desarrolló a través del estudio de la problemática argentina actual de la alimentación de los celíacos. Fue un trabajo arduo y en equipo junto a Pablo Gonzalez y Micaela Dalmas. Actualmente nos encontramos avanzando en el prototipo adaptándolo a una escala productiva.
