Insight: A Speculative Design Project
Insight is a workshop experience that allows participants to view the failures of their peers and superiors in a safe and structured environment. By normalizing failure this workshop would promote personal growth and risk-taking behavior among students. By calculating a "Failure GPA" this workshop would reframe how students and institutions value failure as fear of failure prevents innovation.
