For this project students were assigned to find a popular phrase or idiom and illustrate it in different ways using an integration of text and image. I chose the phrase "Birds of a feather flock together. In this project I sought to show the power that a combination of imagery and text can have together,a power that may not be present if taken in individually. Simply saying "Birds of a feather flock together" doesn't bring up any sinister connotations, but putting this statement with the right, or rather wrong, image can give it a much darker meaning.
