Frilled Lizard Reaper Stop Motion

This character was designed so that the figure would be hooded for the majority of the film, until they were revealed to be a frilled lizard (spoiler). There is BlackWrap inserted inside of the hood along with thin, bendable wire within the cape so that the apparel is capable of being manipulated.
The legs, fingers and toes were made by sculpting Sculpey Model Making clay around armature wire covered in tight layers of tin foil. They are baked, yet still remain flexible. I chose to use Model Making clay to create flexible digits instead of using the traditional latex method because I wanted the fingers and toes to appear as fully rendered and "boney" as possible. I also found that this medium is far less susceptible to wear-and-tear than latex.
Set fabrication and warm lighting gels.
Wood panels were made by cutting wood-textured paper into strips. The window is cardboard and plexiglass.
