Textiles Take Shape was a textiles and fibers-based explorative course involving recycled, unconventional materials and forms. This final project was a wall hanging created using discarded nautical rope, wire, hand-wrapped cording, hand-weaving, natural dyes and stains-- all connected together using crocheting techniques. The result is an organic, singular flowing object that has potential to be arranged in a number of configurations.
