Cilantro is a privately owned chain of cafes in Egypt. Prior to the company's regional expansion, I helped the founder articulate his brand and consolidate the design of his cafes. As a Franchise Design Manual, it tells the Cilantro story and details the design features required of each store, helping maintain a consistent identity and build brand equity.
