Ancient Landscapes & Civilisations
My kind of inflight entertainment is a window seat at 30,000ft. I can watch a film anytime, but not views as captivating and introspective as these which I caught on camera on a flight from Bangkok to Moscow. It's at this altitude that we really appreciate our how lucky we are to live on this planet. A sobering presentation of our short existence, the challenges many people face, as illustrated in these hard landscapes of Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Pakistan.
