Re-Use
Design and production of a Fashion Collection.
ReUse was designed and produced in 2011 in Seville, Spain.
At that time I began to feel interested by the idea of creating eco-friendly clothes, reducing the consumism of new ones.
The aim was to motivate people to recycle and reuse old clothes, textiles and all kinds of second hand materials like buttons, beading and laces.
The fusion of the old with some new fabrics generated unique, super wearable and combinable clothing items.
It felt like a game to mix different patterns and textures, simplify by simple cuts.
