Creating with Glyphs
For my ART 230 class, we made compositions with letters, called glyphs. My compositions were made using the sans-serif font Neue Haas Grotesk Display Pro Bold, and the serif font Stemple Garamond. Compositions need to have a clear focal point and must contain at least five glyphs, and at least two need to be in black and two in white. Compositions must also include certain anatomy of the type, such as: stem, stroke, bowl, spine, and descender or ascender.
