The process of building a library of knowledge was split into a few phases. We had to customize the learning platform for our client, research the needs of client's target group and define realistic training goals. After that, we built a training program that meets specific objectives, and prepared promotion campaign.
The learning platform
People work best when they are connected and have a centralized source of information to perform well in their role. The learning platform helps activate social learning and support the development of teams no matter their lines and mode of work.
A handy library of knowledge
All trainings were designed using HTML5 technology. Screen training were created with Articulate Storyline. It allowed us to create screens rich in graphics and interactions.
