The dry mixes are also shown here (top right) which are premade powdered mixes that have clear instructions for either adding boiling water, milk, or just soaking with water.
The bottom image is of the flour line. There are several alternatives to regular flour that are rich with protein and nutrients. They are also much easier to digest, and some are even gluten free.
