This project, named School Campus, concerned designing a brand of school accessories and doing research on what kind of mood you want to create with it.

After playing around with rustic, modern, luxurious and critters, I decided to go for the latter. I googled around for pictures to use as inspiration and extracted colours for colour schemes ou of these images.

I originally tried to just go for 3 animals in these Escher-eqsue layouts, but when I tried fitting them in the 'template', I figured out that adding a 4th animal was a better option for patterning the different animal types out.

The first image shows the template I made and the dalmation, raccoon and skunk designs, the second image adds the cat and shows the template without Illustrator in the background, and the final picture above shows the full pattern in a rectangular shape.

These final images are a couple of mockups I created in Photoshop using the pattern.
