This building was redesigned by Boxwood Architects in Philadelphia, PA. It is a building owned by Arts & Crafts Holdings, redesigned from its abandoned state to currently functioning custom offices. For this project i was involved with all aspects its creation. From its initial building survey and concept design through its finish selections and construction administration elements.
