Between Home and Home presents a fresh look at Singapore through the eyes of fourteen young artists working in photography and film, exploring themes of identity, place and community.

The motifs commonly found on the iron gates of HDB flats in Singapore is extracted and simplified into patterns for the exhibition. These motifs represent doors or gateways into the different homes the participants photograph. Part of Noise Singapore, an initiative dedicated to making noise about the creative talent of young people aged 35 and below, colours that are youthful and vibrant are chosen.
